Immersive world of Halloween wonder and frights!
MVP Digital was excited to work with Lucy from Luji Events to lead the marketing for Spookesbury: Harvest & Haunt, a new immersive Halloween experience that enchanted families by day and terrified the brave by night. From the project’s conception to on-event, we managed every aspect, letting the client focus on other event priorities with confidence that the marketing was in expert hands.
We led the creative vision for how Spookesbury was represented, earning strong positive feedback from both the client and attendees. When unforeseen challenges meant the evening scare attractions had to be removed just a week before launch, MVP quickly adapted the campaign, shifting the focus to family-friendly content without missing a beat.
Working closely with local businesses, content creators, and regional press, we delivered a seamless, engaging campaign that overcame external challenges. Spookesbury is a perfect example of MVP Digital’s 360° approach - creative, adaptable, and trusted from start to finish.

Project Management
MVP Digital led Spookesbury’s marketing campaign, overseeing everything from design and website build to press, content management, and paid advertising. Showcasing their full 360° capabilities, MVP allowed the client to manage the entire event promotion with a single trusted agency.

Event Signage
For the event, we designed a range of signage, including directional and area signs, scare attraction banners, and promotional CTA touch points.

Brand Design
For Spookesbury, we created a core brand with distinct sub-brands for daytime fun and evening scares, supported by a full brand kit including logos, guidelines, templates, and social media assets.

Out-of-home Design
To promote the event, we collaborated with advertising suppliers to design and place out-of-home ads, including billboards, buses, and posters.

Website Design & Build
We designed and built a website for Spookesbury to share updates, promote attractions, capture emails, and sell tickets, followed by a post-event landing page to thank visitors and continue growing the subscriber list.

Posters & Flyers
To support promotion, we designed a main event poster that clearly communicated key details while capturing both the daytime and nighttime elements of the event.

Influencer PR Boxes
We partnered with regional content creators before and during the event to boost ticket sales, raise local brand awareness, and build credibility. We had sent bespoke PR boxes designed by MVP and personalised by the client as a thank you.

Eden Motor Group supplied Spookesbury-branded vehicles for on-road and on-site promotion, alongside collaborative social media posts.

Portsmouth Pride
Partnered with Portsmouth Pride to deliver a drag-themed Halloween night, supported by a joint campaign including flyering, Express FM airtime, social posts and on-site charity promotion.

Ripper & Co
Spookesbury partnered with horror bar Ripper & Co to cross-promote the event through a brunch takeover, social media giveaways, and a custom Spookesbury cocktail targeting a shared demographic.

Express FM
Secured Lucy (client) earned airtime on ExpressFM, promoting the event and appearing on the Pride show for a ‘Scream Queens’ special.
